**Purpose and Accountabilities**
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the technical and operational deployment, ongoing change management, and administration of the enterprise-wide learning management system. You will be a key point of contact with learners and clients, ensuring they have timely access learning content and excellent user experience.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and deliver custom LMS portals for various client requirements.
- Assist program managers with the coordination and onboarding of clients and end users to the LMS portals, including the registration of learners and learner groups.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Learning Management System, including the cleanup of legacy learning assets and inactive users.
- Work with the team to prepare and distribute participant training aids via the portal.
- Onboard associate faculty to each client learning portal instance and ensure they are comfortable with all the assets available.
- Act as a point-of-contact for all portal requests and respond to queries in the service desk and inbox.
- Prepare, deliver, and manage reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and future issues related to LMS data.
- Prepare and deliver reports as requested from product and program management departments or clients.
- Ensure all training programs developed work with the Learning Management System for reporting purposes. Maintain effective business practices in all areas of responsibility.
**Core technical skills and experience**
- Two or more years’ experience configuring and managing industry leading LMS/LXP platforms
- Experience working with a wide range of people and projects in support roles Positive and enthusiastic with experience delivering high-quality services

- Create or refresh e-learning content ensuring it is accessible and engaging, with videos, assessments, and supporting materials for both internal and external use.
- Maintain and improve the curated learning catalog in partnership with product heads, ensuring resources map to the course directory. Keep abreast of platform, capability and product updates
**Advantageous skills & experience**
- Experience with video editing / eLearning creation tools such as Evolve and Synthesia
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and javascript Working within financial services or similar service industry
