Our client, a leading City Law Firm, is currently looking for a **Learning and Development Manager,**ideally with a relevant degree or qualifications (i.e. CIPD) and a legal or professional services background, to join their HR department.

Taking a leading role in a busy talent and development team, the Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for delivering on a broad range of talent priorities, focussing on firm wide learning and development provision and on supporting individualteams to structure their own development offerings.

**Key responsibilities as the Learning and Development Manager will include**:

- Creating and delivering the firm’s central L&D offering for all those below leadership level (c360 people)
- Partnering with key stakeholders in legal practice areas and business support teams
- Developing and delivering a core people skills offering
- Maintaining, curating and developing the offering of online technical and non-technical content (webinars, e-learning etc.)
- Promoting the training, learning and development offering through creative and impactful communications
- Taking ownership of the onboarding programme and the evaluation of on and off boarding
- Developing competency frameworks and career development pathways
- And more

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a learning and development or talent management role, ideally in the legal or professional services environment
- Relevant degree or qualification (i.e. CIPD, L&D, organisational psychology etc.)
- Significant experience designing, delivering and evaluating development activities
- Proven track record of leading on and delivering projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with, or desire to learn, e-learning authoring tools (Rise 360 and/or Storyline 360)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to gain credibility at all levels
