Key accountabilities
- Maintaining a marketing database
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
- Understanding company product and brand
- General office duties
- Create and update records and databases
- Take care of website functions and social media profiles
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Assist colleagues where necessary
- Maintain a positive and friendly company image
Person Specification
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity
- Experience as an office administrator would be an advantage
Part time - flexible hours, preferably 5 mornings per week
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: £11,000.00-£14,500.00 per year
