**Summary**
We are seeking a Resource Officer to join our team in GB. This vital role supports our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management. The Resource Officer will contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions by maintaining efficient internal processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate communication across departments to facilitate effective information flow.
- Utilize Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft platforms for data management.
- Assist in social media management and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization.
- Contribute to process improvements in HR and administrative workflows.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with social media management is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting HR or administrative functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity or technology distribution industry is advantageous.
