**Team Overview**
Digital Technology is at the heart of providing outstanding customer service. We touch every part of a Sky customer's experience meaning we tackle a wide range of problems creatively and no two days are the same. You will be joining a diverse team where the focus is collaboration, doing what's best for the customer and our people, and having some fun whilst we do it.

**What you'll do**:

- Work as part of a scrum team(s), coaching on how to improve efficiency and quality of delivery, whilst also driving a continuous improvement attitude.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on learning and problem-solving.
- Work within a multi-skilled team on multiple products that have a diverse audience.
- Support the continuous review and management of roadmaps and backlogs with Product Owners & Stakeholders.
- Coach and lead various Agile activities and workshops within the wider development community.
- Act as a servant-leader, building empowerment, a sense of community, growth, and serving others.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and, at times, conflict resolution within development squads and the wider tribe, enabling the right conversations to be had at the right time, ensuring everyone participates and is involved.
- Protect the team from external influences, enabling the team to work together with reduced interruptions

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in the scrum master role within a fast-paced software development team.
- Proficient use of agile project management software (e.g. JIRA)
- A continuous improvement attitude. Identifying areas to improve and finding the right time and methods to implement.
- Experience of technology delivery and the demands it can bring.
- Superb coaching and mentoring approach that instils a self-sufficiency mentality.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and social skills at all levels and have demonstrable ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- A firm grasp on estimation and coaching others on story points, velocity or other forms of metrics and the benefits of collecting data and being data driven.
- Experience working in and supporting scaled agile frameworks

You'll be at the heart of delivering the technology roadmaps that support our UK and Ireland businesses, with a focus on customer innovations for Sky Glass. That's not all. You'll also design, develop and deliver digital services for millions of customers across the UK.

**Where you'll work**
**Leeds**:
Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There's also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
