We're looking for a client facing scrum master to come in and work with the CTO in understanding delivery needs and essentially be a provider of solutions, through interfacing with the team of data scientists and working together to find the optimum solution to a client's problem but also in managing their expectations. You'll have the opportunity to run stand-ups in a highly agile environment and ultimately, you'll act as the technical/business conduit. between end client and business/software delivery.

**The Scope of the role**
- First and foremost, you'll be great at building client relations and acting in a consultative manner to explore their questions and understand their requests.
- An appetite to learn or interest in AI and machine learning is essential.
- Their primary tech stack consists of Python, Django, HTML, cloud (AWS, Azure and GCP), AWS infrastructure, pandas, Power BI, NumPy and Prophet.
- Plan, monitor and manage customer on-boarding
- Manage project timings, client on-boarding and weekly scheduling for clients
- You'll help to facilitate discussion within the team over decision making and resolving conflict in expectations for delivery
- Understanding of agile r specifically SCRUM will be useful, any experience in running sprints or being involved in sprint planning will also serve you well
