**The Role**

In the Specialist Project Trainer role, you will be responsible for creating and communicating training content and programmes for our client's internal teams as well as our channel partners. Working alongside the Content Manager, you will create all thenecessary training content, as well as device and manage the training plans for audiences specific to your project. You will push the boundaries to explore and identify new and engaging training mediums for the team, whilst ensuring content and delivery methodsare creative, to ensure best-in-class training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation and publication of training content ensuring all content are literate, engaging, and relevant to the various audiences.
- Project management.
- Devise and manage training projects - including roll-out plans, content, train-the-trainer sessions and measuring the project’s successes.
- Attending and contributing to product roadshows throughout the UK
- Working alongside the Retail Programmes team to create and promote learning content for our e-learning platforms and Retailers’ websites.
- Maintain an expert understanding of Samsung products and services, serving as the lead trainer for your given area of responsibility.
- Identify new and engaging training methods, driving innovation within training delivery across all points in the business.
- Planning, creating and editing engaging training videos for our social channels, ambassador programmes and our channel partners.
- Maintain brand and operational standards, ensuring brand guidelines and tone of voice are met for all projects.
- Adhere to company and client policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are delivered on time, and on brief.

**Skill and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Proven track record of providing training material within IT and or telecom.
- Strong understanding of training techniques and adult learning.
- Strong project management and time management skills are a necessity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Required to work from Samsung HQ in Chertsey (KT16 0PS) and in the dedicated Studio Space in Woking (Tannery Lane, Send) regularly, and on occasion travel to events throughout the UK.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Personable, engaging, and energetic.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Eager to tackle challenges and create change.
