Supply Operations Specialist

Position Summary
You will be joining SCM team for Display division on a 12 month contract. We are very proud that SCM team is playing a key role in Samsung global operations. Our goal is to improve/execute operations to high standards in order to integrate and coordinate the functions, activities, transactions, and people across the value chain from supplier to manufacturer to distributor to end user.
Role and Responsibilities- Leading S&OP meeting with key stakeholders- Manage accurate demand forecast for upcoming 6 months- Manage stock allocation to orders and timely delivery of materials- Identify problems in current operations, set improvement plans/performance targets and monitor the progress vs targets- Continuously improve operational efficiency/excellence- KPI performance analysis such as forecast accuracy, sell-out FCST, WOS and inventory management- Analyse market size/sales trends/inventory in the channel/business opportunity and translate the analysis into demand planning- Produce and analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly sales projection- Provide regular updates to customers in regards to back orders and delivery schedule- Handle business development seeding unit order/delivery

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office (Excel) and experience in SAP- Ability to analyse data and articulate trends, issues- Strong organizational skills- Working cross functionally with various internal/external teams- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines- An enthusiastic, motivated, pro-active individual- Creative for solving problems- Experience of working in a commercial environment and achieving results- Process and performance driven mind set
