**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
- Processing and maintaining accounts and payroll using Sage and Microsoft Office.
- Provide clerical support to the managing Director, such as typing documents, filing, job costing and managing correspondence.
- Prepare employee contracts and maintain all HR Documentation
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Previous office experience is essential, with a proven track record in an administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong clerical experience that demonstrates capability in handling office duties efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Good telephone manner.
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
