**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to support and enhance the Quality Management System & Team. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The following skill set although not all inclusive is required to allow a more efficient quality department/system to meet the increasing demands from our customers.
- Certificate of analysis generation - generate certificates of analysis for product shipments.
- SSCC label control
- Access Database user would be a bonus - manipulation of available data for customer reporting/ transfer to Excel or other reporting system.
- Supplier non-conformance administration.
- Procedure and document control.
- Corrective Action (CAPA report) control and reporting
- Complaint reporting.
- Supplier communications
- Shipping samples to customers.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- 1+ year in quality administration or document control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification preferred but not required.
**Skills & Attributes**:
Highly organised with strong time management.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to £24,500.00 per year
