**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Emax knowledge preferable, training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with basic computerised systems and office equipment is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
