_We are now looking for a Business Development Executive/Account Manager to join our busy team in Newcastle_

We are looking for Tech focused Sales Executives to join a strong and highly motivated Sales team. This role will mostly be working from our Newcastle office, along with planned Remote Working. This is an exciting role, within a rapidly expanding and dynamicorganisation.

**Business Development Executive/Account Manager Duties**:

- Book new Sales Appointments as part of your prospecting activity
- Co-ordinate and schedule regular Account Reviews with Existing Customers
- Submit quotations and tender responses
- Update and maintain the company’s customer records within its bespoke CRM
- Provide ongoing account management and co-ordinate ongoing orders with our project coordinators
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and customers

**Business Development Executive/Account Manager Requirements**:

- Have experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workloads
- Have experience with working with clients/customers
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales, ideally within the IT, Telecoms, mobile or Digital industry
- Have experience using MS365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Have experience using CRM solutions and maintaining customer records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support/obtain common goals
- Be able to maintain customer confidentiality where required
- Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers
