Achieve Professionals are working with one of the UK's largest Accountancy firms in their search for a Tax Development Executive.

Job Description

As part of this role, you will be responsible for Lead Generation and Prospecting.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identifying and qualifying leads among owner-managed businesses, SMEs and high net worth individuals
  • Use CRM tools and market research to target businesses with complex tax needs
  • Book meetings for Partners
  • Client Engagement
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn and Networking Events
  • Understanding client pain points related to tax compliance. planning or disputes
  • Consultative selling
  • Present tailored tax solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with tax specialists to prepare proposals and pricing models
  • Pipeline management
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions with CRM systems
  • Track progress against KPIs such as meetings booked, proposals sent and conversions

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Development position within the Tax sector
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Professional and empathetic approach to client interactions
