**THE ROLE**: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling a range of coffee machines, coffee, and related maintenance contracts. You will be targeting professional accounts in the legal, financial, technology andleisure industries amongst others.
Managing your own time and diary, this role is new business focused so you will need to be confident in cold calling, self-generating leads and prospecting opportunities that have been passed on to you. You will be dealing with Directors, Owners and OfficeManagers in order to drive an excellent experience for employees and customers at their facilities
**THE IDEAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**:
- 2 years+ field sales experience
- You will understand how to sell around quality rather than price
- High activity, consultative, results driven sales professionals do well here

**THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**:
- Basic: £30,000 rising to £33,000 after 6 months
- Bonus: 50k OTE
- Company Car
- Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 23 days holiday + bank holidays
