We are continuing to expand our operations to achieve national UK coverage and are seeking a Regional Director to develop the region, buildpresence and nurture the budding customer base in the Liverpool/Merseyside region. It is essential that the successful individual lives within the region. **The position would suit someone who has a proven track record of business development, who thrives on meeting business owners and helping them solve business issues, has a background as a senior business director which enables you to speak from personalexperience. You will be a self-starting leader wanting responsibility for a 'business unit' (the region) within a flexible framework provided by the central operation.** **A sales role with a difference** This is a unique opportunity for an experienced director - calibre individual with strong relationship building skills, and an existing business network around the North West to lead and further develop the already established region for the UK's leadingprovider of part-time Finance Professionals to aspirational SME businesses with £1m - £5m turnover. **Flexibility, choice and earnings from day one** Our income share partnership allows you to work flexibly on a self-employed basis, with an existing client base generating an income to support your activities building the region further. Your future earnings are only limited by your professional aspirations,with a realistic estimation of £100K earnings per annum within 2-4 years. This is a proven, successful model with YRH Finance Team currently supporting 8 highly successful Regional Directors. **Centralised support** And you're not on your own, you will have the autonomy and freedom to achieve results with all the marketing and operational support expected from a thriving established company which is also part of a larger group. **Business growth is what we do** Our business development is primarily driven by referrals and inbound enquiries that you will generate, together with leads from other central channels and from long-term group partners (which you will continue to develop). This multi-faceted role entailsdeveloping opportunities in the region, meeting and presenting to warm prospects, proactive account management of the existing clients, and support (but not management) of the Finance Professionals delivering services to our clients. **Main responsibilities** - Create new business prospects through proactive networking and relationship building with new / existing partners and business contacts - Follow up new business prospects (referrals / inbound enquiries) and win new clients - Account manage the portfolio of clients as the region grows to ensure long term client retention - Support the team of circa 10 finance professionals delivering the service to clients in the North West - Full accountability for growing the region **Skills & Experience** - A strong "people person" with a natural ability to lead teams and nurture and build relationships - Credible and able to "connect" with and influence SME sector business owners - Ability to sell by understanding client accounting needs and proposing appropriate solutions - Long term account management approach - Energetic, motivated, able to makes things happen - Organised and dependable - Track record of delivering exceptional sales results, including relationship selling and lead generation. - Entrepreneurial non-corporate individual seeking the freedom to work autonomously
