Executive Assistant/office Manager

Beer & Young is a leading provider of private investor and business angel funding for small businesses. Established in 1998 and based in Russell Square, WC1, we are a multi award winning business, respected within our community. We are looking for our keysupport role in the business, effectively EA to the Managing Director and Associates coupled with the daily running of the office.
You will be well presented and flexible in your approach to work. You will need to be able to multitask and coordinate efficiently in order to work towards deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration (40% of time)_
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Associates
- Running of a small office, boardroom management, phone calls
- Manage all prospect, client and referral logs
- Client engagement letters and supporting documentation
- Basic IT support for Director and Associates
- Marketing (40% of time)_
- Update / create marketing brochures
- Weekly E-Updates
- Update database
- Manage and update company websites
- Manage and update LinkedIn/Social content
- Accounts (20% of time)_
- Generating client invoices and tracking payments
- Signing off supplier invoices for payment
- Reconciliation
- Liaising with company accountant
Knowledge of the following is useful but not essential
- Mailchimp/Mailjet
- Wordpress
- CRM systems (WebCRM)
You must have the following:
- Minimum of 5 (Grade A*-C or 9-4) GCSE’s including English and Maths
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
