With offices in 30 countries around the globe, we support the Austrian tourism industry with knowledge, data,innovative technologies, and access to international markets. We see ourselves as a global communications company and national innovation platform, aiming to create maximum benefit for the Austrian tourism industry. **We currently have an opportunity for an experienced B2B and PR Executive, with good German language skills to join our team.** **Responsibilities**: - Be our main contact for relevant media and the travel industry (tour operators, tourist offices, travel organisations etc.) in the UK - Build, maintain, and regularly update a database with all relevant information about media and key players in the industry, monitor the press and travel industry and share your knowledge both internally and externally - Be the mastermind behind our B2B marketing activities and platforms - Organise press trips/press conferences and write newsletters - Pitch and place our key messages/content in relevant media - Be the MICE contact in our London office **Profile**: - Is familiar with the travel and media landscape in the UK - Has a good knowledge and understanding of the workflow and trends in the travel and media industry - Has a great understanding of Austria as a holiday destination and its potential on the British market - Is an outgoing personality and an enthusiastic networker - Is comfortable representing, presenting, and negotiating - Language requirements: English C1, German at least B2 (Common European Framework of References for Language Skills) We are a small and dedicated team where everyone is treated with respect. Every team member is encouraged to take up responsibility and continuously learn new things. We have a central, modern, and welcoming office but you will have the option to work remotelyseveral days a week.
