**About the role**

We are recruiting for a Credit Controller within our Accounts Department. You will work as part of a small, friendly team, based in our office in Heywood. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Credit Controller will proactively contact clients to obtain payments for outstanding accounts on the sales ledger.

Main duties will include:

- Receipting customer payments daily
- Chasing late payments
- Bank reconcilliations
- Uploading daily sales onto the Invoice Financing facility
- Any other administrative tasks that might be required to support the Accounts team

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch each day.

**About you**

**Experience using Sage 200 would be beneficial.**

This position would suit someone with a keen interest in Accounts and Finance.

You will have at least 3 years experience in credit control and be willing to be flexible to the business needs, fulltime role office based.

You will demonstrate good organisational skills, a motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, combined with excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful disposition, ready to fit seamlessly into our current team. Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail are key,

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
