Accounts Payable Clerk

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week with flexible working hours, allowing start times between 7am-10am and finish times between 2.30pm-6pm.Working within a busy Accounts Payable department, this role is an integral part of the AP function. You will contribute to the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of a well-established Accounts Payable team by accurately performing daily processes and procedures.Responsibilities:Post supplier invoices and credit notesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries and communicationReconcile statementsReview and resolve AP queriesMaintain clean ledgers, including debit and credit balancesClose down POsPerform other ad hoc duties as requiredQualifications and Skills:Previous experience working with Accounts Payable within a large organizationComputer literate with good IT skills, including MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to thrive in a highly collaborative team environmentExperience with Workday/AI technology is a bonusFluent in English; additional European languages, especially Dutch, are highly beneficialAbout Lineage Logistics:At Lineage Logistics, helping to feed the world is more than a job — it's a purpose we live every day.
