We are now seeking an **IT Service Desk Administrator** to join our growing Service Desk team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone from a non-technical background to enter the IT world, in a thriving company that promotes long-term career progression.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:
The Service Desk is part of the wider IT Operations team whose responsibility is the management and maintenance of the group’s IT infrastructure and systems.

We are looking for someone who has a logical and analytical mindset and an eye for detail. As this is not a technical role, there is no requirement for a technical background.
