If so, we are working with a fantastic insurance broker based in the Leeds area that is looking to appoint a Claims Handler to train and develop within the business. The company has gone from strength to strength since its inception and continues to seerapid growth, even in the most difficult of market conditions.
Some of your main duties will be:
- Liaising with a range of clients, ensuring that the best possible service is always provided by building strong relationships.
- Ensuring that any queries are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
- Assisting clients with their claims from Cradle to Grave.
- Working with Insurers, and third-party stakeholders, to influence a speedy settlement for your client.
- Logging and recording all information on the system and ensuring accuracy is paramount.
- Being the advocate of your client, always delivering on promises made to them.
To be considered for the role, you will have experience as a Motor Claims Handler from either an insurer, broker, or a Claims Management Company, it would be advantageous if you had exposure to Fleet Claims. You will be someone that enjoys and thrives ina team environment, enjoy working with others and be approachable to your colleagues. Also, you will be confident and comfortable communicating to clients, as well as being able to build strong relationships quickly.
