Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Handler based in Leeds (LS117HL). The Claims Handler will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring timely communication with clients, repairing garages and our dealer partners. Daily tasks will include assessing claims, coordinating with relevant departments, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving claims-related issues and supporting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Background in the motor trade
- Strong Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
