BSNI is working with a leading family business to recruit a Project Administrator. This is a role that is deemed with the highest importance within the division. You will be working with a team of 5 people to ensure that projects run smoothly.

**Essential Criteria**:

- English & Maths equivalent to Grade C or above.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel. - Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work on own initiative but understand level of responsibility within the team.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors & consultants.
- Demonstrate the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Be a highly motivated individual with initiative, self-confidence, with the drive and ability to work under their own direction or within a team of professionals.
- Be keen to develop their individual capability and career development.
- Reading and interpreting customer drawings, producing a breakdown of the materials required.
- Pricing bespoke products & creating quotations.
- Co-ordinating projects and maintaining project records.
- Producing all relevant documentation for Production team.
- Producing all relevant documents relating to precast concrete drainage products and accessories.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and colleagues.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of their work.
- Liaising with technical on all customer queries.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,265.15-£24,030.78 per year
