**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Optimise material utilisation through effective nesting techniques to minimise waste and enhance production efficiency
- Stock management: stocking in new material, dispatching completed products, maintenance of inventory levels
- Creation of Purchase Orders to facilitate ordering within the department
- Wages: assist with collation of data for weekly and monthly payroll
- Project costing using timesheets
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and office communications.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met on time.
- Support administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment is beneficial.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment are crucial for success in this role.

Expected hours: 40 per week
