**What you will be doing**

With experience from the NHS or private care, you will lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care and support to people with mental health problems, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

As a Ward Manager, you will empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward to deliver great healthcare. You will work alongside the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and manage the ward budgets. No two days are the same, withplenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

**Things that you will have**
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration

- Relevant experience in a similar environment.

**Where you will be working**

Location: St Mary's Hospital, Floyd Drive, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8DB
Join the team at St Mary's providing specialised services for people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems, with a layout that enables you to deliver care withina low stimulus, spacious environment.
You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure those in care are supported to make decisions and access the community. Skills are taught and support given to promote recovery and develop confidence in order for them to live a more independentlife.
