**Job and Duties**
- Responsible for ensuring that orders placed travel quickly and smoothly through our internal systems, ready for picking and packing by our logistics team
- Communicates brand and product knowledge to customers in an easy-to-understand way
- Helps customers struggling to use/understand products they have purchased
- Resolves customer complaints in a positive way for both the customer and for Haus wherever possible, mediating and reporting to Sales Manager where necessary
- Provides guidance, cover and assistance for fellow Sales Administrator colleagues
- Keeps the Sales Manager informed of their progress through regular catch-ups and reviews
- Maintains professional knowledge by attending brand and product training at Haus HQ
**Administrator/Customer Service Skills And Qualifications**
- Essential skills -_
- 2 Years Experience in an Administrative role (B2B and B2C)
- 5 x GCSEs (Grade C/Grade 4 or above)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Organisation
- Positive outlook
- Desired skills -_
- Experience in a Customer Service role (B2B and B2C)
Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
