We are seeking a proactive, organised, and personable **Office Administrator** to join our friendly and dedicated team at our Ripon-based office. This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit environment where attention to detail and teamwork make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support across the office and warehouse team
- Process customer orders accurately using our order management system
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
- Maintain stock records and support with inventory checks
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and basic financial documentation
- Support website order processing and address customer queries related to online purchases
- Handle filing, document management, and general office organisation
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers where necessary
- Assist with marketing support tasks such as mailouts or website updates (training provided)
- Provide occasional support in packaging or dispatch during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional manner with a customer-first approach

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a retail, e-commerce, or stock-based environment
- Familiarity with order management or inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations)
- Interest or experience in têxtiles, sewing, or crafts
