Office Administrator

We are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to join our small team in Masham. The applicant must have excellent attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft programmes, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, be self-motivated and willing to learn new IT systems and processes.
The role demands approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday which can be spread across 4 or 5 days. Some days may be able to be worked from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with both customers and suppliers
- Organising paperwork and ensuring files and cloud based storage systems are kept up to date
- Ordering stock and office supplies
- Taking in and sorting deliveries
- Preparing customer facing documents
- Working out sales prices and preparing quotes
- Updating the company website

- Reliable and punctual
