To support our business growth we are now looking for talented Area Account Managers to join our team. Working within an off-headcount OEM field sales team and reporting to the Field Sales Team Manager, this customer facing role is an integral part of the futuregrowth strategy for ROI, managing and creating opportunity for us within the fleet market. Taking ownership of your own designated sales territory, you will be accountable for selling a range of passenger cars and commercial vehicles to Corporate Fleet customers,driving fleet performance and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve targets. You will build and manage your pipeline of fleet sales opportunities to a range of customers in the South East, managing SME and Key Accounts to generate a higher sales performanceacross the product Car and LCV range.
**In addition, the Area Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for**:

- Develop your region to achieve a set of objectives that will progressively include finance (leasing and ownership) and further Mobility services as they emerge.
- Creating and converting new business opportunities
- Supporting new product launches and events
- Work collaboratively with the Dealer Network, internal teams and services to maximise shared group opportunities

**A bit about you**:

- A fleet industry professional with a manufacturer or leasing background, you will have a proven track record of delivering within a fast paced and targeted environment.
- You’ll be used to solving problems, approaching tasks with creativity and a strong commercial awareness to find the best solution for the customer and the business.
- You’ll love to work collaboratively, sharing learning and working with the wider team to open up opportunities and add value.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential, you’ll grow to know your market inside out and will be driven by accurate data.
- You will be organised with meticulous planning skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities and projects.
- You’ll be confident working across multiple IT systems, with experience using CRM systems, familiarity with BI reporting and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- An excellent communicator, you’ll be confident in dealing with people at all levels, won’t be phased presenting to senior leaders and will have the ability to challenge in a positive and constructive way.

The role is based from home with travel within the South East area, occasional travel outside of your area to offices in Milton Keynes and Epsom is required.
**Your package will include**:

- Basic salary £40,000 plus £10,000 bonus p.a
- Bonus paid quarterly and year end
- Company car and fuel card
