We are currently seeking a **Business Development Manager** to join a well-established, family-run SME. As a BDM covering **East England, London & South East and South West** areas you will develop sales with care homes, local authorities and healthcare professionals through product presentations, demonstrations with both new and existing accounts. The opportunitywill develop business opportunities as well as maximising existing accounts so will have a mix of both account management and new business development. This is a fantastic role that would well suit an experienced business development manager who has excellentrelationship building skills, an ethical sales driven approach and hungry to really make a difference. This is a fully remote role managing your own diary with occasional sales team meetings at the head office in Hull.

**Key duties and responsibilities...**
- Prospecting to introduce the company and book F2F presentations
- Account management of existing accounts
- F2F visits including product presentations, demos and assessments
- Attend meeting booked by telemarketing and inbound enquiries
- Field support to internal sales for meeting requests, product demos, & trials where required
- Build strong relationships with care home managers, clinical leads, occupational therapists, tissue viability nurses and equipment prescribers
- Build database of key contacts and organisations on the CRM

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence
- Sales proven track record of growing and managing a territory

**Benefits**
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience - negotiable)
- OTE bonus plan including existing and new business commission structure
