**Quality Manager - London**
TSRN are recruiting a Quality Manager to work with a global company that offers security technologies, both in the physical and digital world.
The role will be Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, in accordance with BSENISO 9001 and to liaise with the Quality Management Department, Liaising with both internal and external customers; suppliers as appropriate with regard toQuality issues.
**Tasks and Areas of Responsibility**:
- To act as the primary contact with regard to Quality performance.
- Administer the Fault Analysis Reporting process and ensure that the reports are distributed to management and monitor the completion of the corrective and preventive action of each entry.
- Manage the internal and external audit process and to assist with audits where appropriate and/or necessary.
- To ensure that the Quality Systems of are harmonised and kept up to date.
- Reviewer of all documented processes within and ensures alliance with Corporate process and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Manage the systems of reporting (KPIs and other) for providing data to the Quality Management department at GDM.
- Monthly presentation to management reporting on Quality issues and identifying corrective actions required. Supplying full details and reasons for any failings.
- Member of the steering and project team driving Environmental (ISO14001) and Health & Safety (BS18001) standards to maintain ISO EHS certification.
- Participating member of the Health & Safety Committee and proxy to the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager.
**Skills and Experience required**:
Proven evidence of training and specific experience for the certification standards that the company owns or intends to achieve. (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CQM, Audit specialist)
**Previous experience as an**:Auditor in Quality or Auditor in EHS Handling of relevant Customer affairs in regards of Quality Management and Handling of relevant Supplier Quality Management affairs.
