**Administrator - Technical Training - Golborne/Stonecross**

Murphy & Sons are keen to hear from you Due to continued growth and project wins we have a new opportunity for an Administrator to support our Technical training teams, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of booking training for approx. 500+ employee population in our Transportation and Energy sectors, competency card renewals and the end to end administration of all technical training to the standard required by the Company to ensure accurate and up to date records are held and maintained.
**What you will be doing**
- Identify the training needs for groups of employees based on published training matrices.
- Support to plan, book and co-ordinate training for their teams.
- Work with suppliers to implement the process for the whole life-cycle of training administration from making reservations through to certification and evaluation.
- Ensure all training records, certificates and identity cards are recorded and updated on to the company Training Database
- Prepare training records and certification evidence of staff competencies from the Training Database.
- Produce training data in the form of reports to key stakeholders for audits, proposal bids etc.
- Prepare packs, course material, Trainer’s kit and equipment for internal training courses.
- Other ad hoc duties to support your business areas.
**Who we are looking for**
- Knowledge of construction related technical qualification and courses, i.e SMSTS, CSCS Cards, NPORS, CPCS, EUSR etc.
- Experience of dealing with training suppliers, booking courses and organises any ad-hoc training required
- Pro-active and self-motivated approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to exercise good judgement when prioritising workload
