We are looking for an experienced QS Administrator to join a busy Engineering Services Team on a long term contract.

You will need strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP to allow process of reports for the business.

Other duties will involve general Administration support for the Engineering Team.

**Duties and Tasks for the role**:

- On a monthly basis review valuation spreadsheet sent by suppliers, cross reference with data in SAP and ledger. Follow up discrepancies and create valuation sheets.
- Update training matrices / training tracks for specific roles / individuals - collate what exists, put into specific format and work with line managers to input correct information.
- Review of existing appointments database, identify gaps in appointments and check individuals still work in organisation they have appointment for.
- Checking internal procedures align with roles defined within new org and work with process owners to update where required.
- Collate all Job descriptions for new org and keep a status log of where we are up to with submission.
