This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional to play a key role in delivering large-scale works across the region.The RoleLead commercial and cost-management activities across a major civil engineering package.Take ownership of valuations, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and performance.Manage subcontract procurement and administration, including variations, change control and final accounts.Provide commercial advice to project and delivery teams, ensuring compliance with contract terms.Support value engineering, risk management and cost-saving initiatives.Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the ongoing development of commercial best practice.About YouExperienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS with a proven background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and commercial reporting procedures.Strong stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence project decisions.High level of numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (MRICS desirable but not essential).
