Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week

**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE

**Duties Include**:

- Acting as a contact point for two Directors and Senior Staff
- Answering and directing phone calls and visitors
- Transcribing both digital and written notes
- Creating and sending invoices
- Data entry and database management
- Sending monthly Statements to Customers
- Weekly reports to the Directors & Senior Staff
- Creating and posting social media content
- Management of the staff work schedule program
- Other ad hoc duties as required
**Skills/personal requirements**:

- Experience coming from a similar role working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services firm is desirable
- Proactive and takes initiative, i.e. suggesting improvements to internal processes
- Able to multitask and independently prioritise workload
- Friendly and personable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
