Residential Conveyancing Executive – Polegate (East Sussex) – Full or Part-time Hart Reade LLP are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive at our Polegate office. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers. Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and case management systems (training will be provided). Accessing and utilizing online accounts such as the Land Registry, Government Gateway, anti‑money laundering searches and the quotation system. Operating office equipment (scanning, copying, printing). Ensuring compliance with anti‑money laundering rules and other regulatory obligations (ongoing training provided). Maintaining high organisational standards, keen attention to detail, and proactive marketing of yourself and the practice. Communicating effectively in written and spoken English with clients, colleagues and external contacts, ensuring professional client care both over the telephone and face‑to‑face. Day‑time hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are happy to consider both full‑time and part‑time arrangements. We welcome applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers. Your supervision will be by a Partner, with support from an experienced conveyancing assistant.
