Key Responsibilities for a Team Executive:

  • Seller Contact: Serve as a point of contact for our valued sellers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and care.
  • Arranging Sale Board Installation/Removal: Coordinate the installation and removal of sale boards, enhancing the visibility of our properties in the market.
  • Booking Viewings: Facilitate property viewings and contribute to making dreams a reality for our clients.
  • Home Styling: Collaborate and assist our styling and staging team to elevate the presentation of properties, making them irresistibly appealing. Our photoshoots take on an average of 4 to 5 hours.
  • Marketing (Ideas Generation): Bring forth innovative ideas to drive our marketing efforts and captivate our audience effectively.
  • Sales Chasing: Demonstrate tenacity in following up on leads and opportunities, striving to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Client Communication: Handle client inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Diary Management: Maintain organised schedules for team members and executives, optimising efficiency and productivity. Provide support to team members as needed
  • Office Operations: Oversee administrative tasks such as ordering supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a clean and welcoming office environment. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
