The Internal Communications Administrator will be supporting the internal communications strategy by keeping people informed, connected and engaged. The Internal Communications Administrator will fulfil the role through a wide variety of internal communications,to share key company information and maintain our unique corporate culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of internal communications projects & group strategy.
- Offer administrative support on projects to the wider business, including, but not limited to HR & Marketing.
- Help in researching, writing and editing content for distribution including photos and videos.
- Create and edit internal communications copy (e.g., newsletter, announcements, business updates)
- Help to maintain intranet content and implementation.
- Track projects and media exposure as well as update databases and media lists.
- Oversee internal communications and all distribution channels.
- Maintain calendars, schedules and appointments.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering calls, preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and anything else required.

**Essential Skills**:

- A - levels or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Related job and internship experience.
- Communication mindset with the capacity to break down complex, technical issues into user-friendly texts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines.
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality in all circumstances.
- Experience in design programmes such InDesign, Illustrator or similar beneficial.
