Our client are a market leader in the retail industry. They are in search of a skilled Head of Performance to execute their multi-channel digital marketing strategy and glide them into their next exciting stage of growth. They will be a part of the company’sSenior Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Sale and Marketing Officer working collaboratively with brand, product, commercial and technical developments, with no direct reports at present.

They will take full ownership of the Digital Marketing Strategy and work closely with leads to impact people development, process embedment all whilst utilising the best technology and up to date resources and tools.

This business offers a welcoming, nurturing culture that enables their teams to deliver the best for customers. This is a brand-new role and they are in search of a person with excellent interpersonal skills that will influence and lead through strategy.

- An expert in digital marketing and up to date on the latest trends and software
- Strategic, commercial mind

- Someone with experience delivering digital in a senior role
- Someone with a strong grasp of the full digital marketing mix - Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Partnerships, Programmatic buying, Display
- Analytical and comfortable with reading and interpreting data
- Proactive with the ability to find the answers themselve
