This is a role not to be missed, if you’re an established Performance Marketing Manager looking to take a step up into a head of role then look no further. They are a high growth business which puts the customer at the heart of everything they do and thisrole is to lead the acquisition team across paid search, SEO and CRM marketing where you’ll be looking to drive new customersand ultimate retain them through strong remarketing strategy. You will have a great team (and growing) and external agency / thirdparty support where you’ll work in partnership with the likes of Google and Facebook.
Coming in as the Head of Performance Marketing you will be oversee the Performance Marketing team with three direct report and 7 in-direct reports across the performance marketing spectrum. This role would suit either a channel specialist in paid search,technical SEO or CRM or an already accomplished broader acquisition & performance marketer.
You’ll have the luxury of hybrid working of being based in their cool offices based just north of Manchester City Centre and the comfort of your own home a couple of days a week too.
**As the Head of Performance Marketing you will be responsible for**:
- Overseeing spend budgets and forecasting on a regular basis and highlight risks and opportunities for the digital acquisition channels to support the overall business strategy of LTCV and to generate a strong ROI.
- Work closely with the three managers to lead the development and growth of the specialist digital channels and ensure your strategy is being implemented, you will be continually testing new ideas and optimising performance
- Driving the PPC, SEO and CRM strategy roadmaps
- Collaborate with the wider marketing, data teams and other key stakeholders to ensure performance media is well represented
- Seek growth opportunities outside of PPC, delivering an integrated strategy for core channels.
- Utilise attribution technology to evaluate contribution of performance media beyond last-click
**For this Head of Performance Marketing role you will need the following skills**:
- Ideally you will have worked in a Senior Digital, Head of role or come from a strong digital marketing background
- In depth understanding of PPC whilst a strong understanding of other performance marketing channels like SEO and CRM
- Proven history of successful delivery of performance focused strategies
- Strong attention to detail and solid numerically with a commercial mind set
- Ability to manage priorities within the team and with wider stakeholders whilst showing strong leadership and be able to motivate your team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically depending on the business needs
