We are recruiting for a Site Handyman to be part of a highly motivated team delivering unrivalled service, establishing a coordinated approach to service delivery, communication and customer excellence and take ownership of overseeing various tasks on site. This role involves everything from the day to day running of the site and carrying out a variation of tasks each day.

We need someone with a can-do attitude, a proactive mindset, and the initiative to tackle whatever comes their way.

The role will report to the Site Supervisor and will be adhere to compliance with Health and Safety: Compliance with Safe Systems of Work, Higher risk activities which may include Lone Working and operative exposure to potential terrorism threats and aggressive activists activity andConsistent standards of service delivered across the site.

The right individual will have attention to detail, a commitment to driving service improvements and a passion for working as part of a close-knit team.

**Key Responsibilities will be**:
Health and safety oversight, being able to engage and support the client and Undertaking basic tasks under supervision and independently, building up competencies to do general handyperson duties such as: Assist engineers with two-person jobs, Carpet fitting, Room moves and set ups, Internal and external plant watering, Jet washing of paths, Planters maintenance, Sweeping/Gritting of areas, Leaf Blowing, Waste Bins (plastics/cans), Stock filling and control for cleaners, Escorting on site, General fabric repairs, General cleaning duties, Litter Picking, Event set ups, Paper stacking and shredded paper disposals.

Applicants will need to be able demonstrate at leas1 years in a Handyman role and relevant experience working in a team. They will be responsible for themselves and others to ensure we maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and subsequent UK and EU amendments.

Desirable: Knowledge of Handyman services and Previous experience of working in a diverse service delivery team
