A chance to join an outstanding and innovative Venture Capital firm in a varied and broad Finance role covering fund accounting and management accounting. Working under an experienced Director, you will gain exposure to all aspects of Venture Capital andplay a vital role in evolving the Finance function.This role will have progression to become Financial Controller in the near future.

**The Role**:

- Cash management & forecasting
- LP distribution management
- LP report distribution
- Implementation of finance systems, testing and developing processes
- Coordinating EIS tax relief for investments
- Close liaison with investee company CFOs & investors
- Monitoring investment processes
- Other accounting and audit support
- A variety of other regular and ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Ideally have some funds exposure, either through an audit/practice role, from a fund administrator or from the Private Equity/Venture Capital industry
- Have a strong academic background
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be a very willing, hands-on, team player
