Thus, we are building the firm around exceptional talent.The roleYou will be part of the Fund Controllers vertical, which oversees the fund finance and control activities across Fasanara's Credit and Venture Capital platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of fund structuring, finance operations, and technology, in a fast‑paced and growing environment.You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of fund financial control — including NAV oversight, capital activity, expense control, and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate fund NAVs in collaboration with third‑party administratorsTrack and control fund‑level capital activity: capital calls, distributions, FX, and allocationsAssist with processing, monitoring, and controlling fund expenses, accruals, and reimbursementsWork closely with internal finance, legal, compliance and investment teams to maintain clean and consistent data across the platformCoordinate year‑end audit and tax deliverables with external service providersBuild and improve Excel‑based tools to enhance reporting and workflows across fund control processesRequirementsDemonstrable experience in a fund accounting, fund audit, or fund operations, typically gained over at least 2 years, or equivalent relevant expertise withinSolid understanding of closed‑end fund structures, preferably in credit or venture capitalStrong technical skills in Excel, including ability to use VBA to automate processes and design bespoke reportsProcess‑driven mindset with a focus on controls, accuracy, and scalabilityComfortable working independently and managing competing deadlines across multiple fundsACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or working towards) is a plusBenefitsCompetitive bonus schemeBupa health & dental, Cycle to Work scheme, enhanced pension, and generous annual leaveEnhanced parental leave, special leave allowances, and charity giving optionsRegular team events, legendary summer & Christmas parties, knowledge sharing sessions, and quarterly town hallsTeam lunches, dinners, Friday drinks, team sport activitiesSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
