**£80,000 - £90,000 + bonus**
**Hybrid, London**
A Fund Controller is required within a profitable Real Estate Investment Management firm, seeking to expand the billions worth of capital under management into growing and high-profile market.
The Fund Controller will oversee the entire investment strategy in this profitable sector, working closely with internal seniors, as well as external third-party administrators and the Joint Venture Partner. The Fund Controller will strive for high qualityfinancial and fund performance reporting within the Real Estate division, supporting the funds various stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing ad-hoc investor reporting queries
- Managing and overseeing fund and SPV liquidity, including cash management, fund transactions, provide on-going liquidity and repatriate cash
- Become involved in reporting and investor relations, contributing to investor presentations for investor consumption, managing all finance reporting to the investment committee
- Liaise closely with external service providers on fund structures and transactions
- Manage the propco's and tax structure of the propco's and existing investments
- Working with the company's Joint Venture Partner, Investment Committee, Fund administrators, as well as the in-house finance and investment operations team
**Key Requirements**
- Fully qualified accountant, ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Real Estate experience, especially in the UK Real Estate development market, is essential
- Analytically minded and technically strong, capable of financial modelling
