**Fund Controller**

**£75,000 - £85,000 + bonus**

**London, hybrid**

Our client is a global Property Investment Manager, seeking a Senior Fund Controller within their Finance Team to grow and maintain of all financial aspects of the funds.

The Fund Controller will report directly into the SVP of Accounting and Finance, based overseas, and work alongside various teams to manage their Joint Venture. This includes maintaining the efficiency and prestige of all financial accounting for a portfolioof logistic and industrial properties across the globe.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversight of Real Estate Investment Trust funds, including liaising with investors to design the proposal restructuring plans
- Finance management of raising debt for the development funding, including reviews of financial models and cashflow reporting
- Investor reporting for all funds, upholding all investor relationships
- Responsible for tax aspects, including TC and VAT returns, CIS reporting and tax restructuring
- Managing production of other finance aspects, including financial statements, auditing, and communicating with any external parties such as valuers and administrators
- Monitoring of KPIs, quarterly reporting, and project budget vs actual monitoring

**Key Requirements**
- ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/CA qualified
- Post-qualified experience within the Property Industry, preferably within an asset manager or Real Estate Developer
- Strong understand of IFRS, GAAP standards, and tax structures
- Solid technical skills, especially Excel
- Yardi experience is preferable but not essential
- Good management skills of both internal and external teams
