**Venture Partner - Founding Team - Venture Capital (London, UK)**

We are establishing a new venture capital firm launching in London, focused on backing visionary founders building the future of fintech, regtech, climatech, edtech, AI, future of work, healthtech, media and education. We will provide Seed, Series A and Series B funding to early-stage companies across the UK and Europe, leveraging a hands-on approach and a strong network of industry experts to accelerate growth. We are building a high-performing, collaborative, and founder-centric firm dedicated to supporting the next generation of groundbreaking companies.

**About the Venture Partner Role**:
We are seeking experienced and highly connected Venture Partners to join our network as we build our company. This is a part-time, advisory role offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a new venture capital firm while leveraging your deep expertise and network within the fintech, regtech, climatech, edtech, AI, future of work, healthtech, media and education ecosystem. You will work closely with the General Partners to identify promising investment opportunities, provide due diligence support, and mentor portfolio companies. This role is ideal for seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and industry leaders looking to contribute to the venture capital space without the full-time commitment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing & Referrals: Identify and refer promising early-stage companies within your network to our company.
- Due Diligence Support: Provide expert insights and feedback on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and technology evaluations.
- Portfolio Support: Mentor and advise portfolio companies on strategic direction, operational challenges, and fundraising strategies.
- Network Amplification: Introduce our company to key individuals and organizations within your network, including potential co-investors, strategic partners, and industry experts.
- Industry Insights: Share your knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics within the fintech, regtech, climatech, edtech, AI, future of work, healthtech, media and education landscape.
- Brand Building: Represent our company at industry events and contribute to building the firm's reputation and brand.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, and other key players in the venture ecosystem.
- Deal Participation (Optional): Opportunity to participate in specific deal-related activities as mutually agreed upon.

**Qualifications**:

- Deep expertise and significant experience in fintech, regtech, climatech, edtech, AI, future of work, healthtech, media and education
- Strong network of contacts within the European startup ecosystem.
- Proven track record of success as an entrepreneur, operator, or industry leader.
- Excellent understanding of the venture capital landscape.
- Ability to provide insightful feedback and guidance to early-stage companies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of innovative companies.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Legally authorized to work in the UK.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Compensation will be structured on a deal-by-deal basis and may include:

- Referral fees for successful investments sourced through your network.
- Equity or options in specific portfolio companies you advise.
