**About The Role**:
RAC have two new opportunities for someone looking to expand their career. We are currently looking for 2 **Billing Advisors** to join our Billing team. One is **on a permanent, full-time basis while the other is a 12 Month Fixed Term**,

Working** Monday - Friday, **this role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our **Stretford Office**, however if you would like to come into the office more often, that is fine too.

This role will be aligned to our Accident Management service, you will be assigned a portfolio of customers to manage and will also engage with our external service supplier. If you have previous experience of working in accident management or handling notification of loss calls in the insurance sector this would be beneficial.

**What You’ll Do**
- Accurately create, update and maintain customer contract billing records
- Timely and accurately raising of customer invoices (both recurring and one-off)
- Ensure all data received is invoiced accurately and efficiently
- Investigate and respond to customer invoice queries. Liaising with our suppliers where necessary.
- Monitor all payments received and ensure they are allocated accurately and efficiently daily.
- Credit control an allocated portfolio of customer accounts to ensure payments are received within defined timescales and that debt targets are met
- Proactively work with the business to resolve any issues with client billing and resolve variances identified during billing reconciliations

**What You’ll Need**

Previous exposure of working with automated Billing and Cost systems and working within Accident Manager would be beneficial along with the following;
- Proven experience working in a similar role; working with invoices, accounts and credit control
- Highly confident being able to analyse information/data quickly
- Experienced in high volume accurate data input
- Experience within an established accounts payable/customer services department.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Experience of working to targets/deadlines and be both comfortable and capable to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
- An understanding of Microsoft Excel and be confident working with large volumes of data.
