**Senior Advisor - Billing & Admin**
£21,255 to £24,000 + excellent benefits (Work Level 6C)
Manchester city centre (hybrid working)

We’re looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Billing & Admin team at Co-op to help manage the invoicing and distribution of funds generated by our food commercial teams. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way - spending at least two days per week working from our Manchester office.

As a Senior Advisor, you’ll also work with our suppliers to handle disputes; using your own initiative to identify and recommend the best possible solutions. We’ll also look to you to prepare ACRs as well as any ad-hoc KPI and MI reports, as required by the business.

**What you'll do**
- Collate information and prepare reports on the relevant cash figures, sharing this with the Senior Finance Manager
- Make sure all independent society claims are receipted, raising any potential issues
- Collate all completed FRTS Multisave claims and process all relevant supplier invoices
- Process and manage supplier disputes, using your own initiative to recommend solutions
- Make sure that daily/weekly processes are completed to agreed timescales
- Support and guide the team through the implementation of SAP and becoming an SME
- Lead on the training of new/current colleagues; providing support, supervision and guidance

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience planning and co-ordinating a team’s workload
- The ability to understand and deliver against customer requirements
- Good IT and Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
- A desire to learn new skills and take a proactive approach to challenges
