37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

**About the position**
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead on all aspects of planning, developing, and managing the acquisition of talent, including recruitment processes and future strategies. The Talent Acquisition Manager will draw upon their experience and extensive marketknowledge to provide innovative and compelling solutions to attract talent, resourcing talent gaps, and ensuring forecasted needs accurately reflect future growth requirements and are recruited effectively.
**Key Tasks**
- As an expert in talent acquisition, develop a sustainable talent and resourcing strategy to meet future growth requirements
- Advise the business on talent and resourcing strategies and employer branding and consulting on capability and skills shortages working closely with other HR team leadership roles
- Overall responsibility for the in-house resourcing team, providing strategic direction to this team to ensure all talent and recruitment needs are met
- Accountability and project management for the sourcing, recommendation, and full implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), building an engagement plan with the business to maximise results and ROI
- Core role ambition to attract, find, assess, and select diverse and engaged talent
**Experience/ skills**
- Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of the recruitment market
- Sourced and implemented with demonstrable results an Applicant tracking system
- Familiar with International recruitment processes and confident to introduce this from concept to implementation
- Leadership experience of an existing talent/ recruitment team
- Attention to detail, ability to work accurately and consistently and whilst under pressure
- The experience to be able to confidently communicate at all levels whether it be with your team, Senior Management, or external providers
- Experience of producing talent and resourcing strategies for a high growth business
The role is a permanent position, with a salary between £40,000 - £45,000pa
.
