Once you are established within the role, we would expect you to work in the office2 days a week and 2 days at home. **Contract Type**: Permanent 37.5 hours per week **Salary**: Up to £38,000 per annum with generous flexible benefits package **About the Role** **We are taking part in the national 4-Day Working Week - 3-day weekend, EVERY weekend** Outcomes First Group is hiring a Learning and Talent Operations Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an Operations Manager to provide first class responsive and efficient operational support that enables the delivery of learning and talent strategy and activities, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**: - All aspects of day-to-day leadership and line management of the L&T operational team including performance management, development, resourcing, attendance, employee relations etc. - Drive and maximise operational performance and outputs to support the L&T strategic goals and achieve +70 NPS results - Drobe amd ensure all processes, systems and approaches deliver exceptional customer service and experience - Proactively forward plan for future strategic requirements - Manage and monitor budget spend through ownership and responsibility - Ownership of the organisations LMS - Ownership of rapid response to support services and wider L&T colleagues with OFSTED visits - Manage and drive the key operational activities through: Thorough 'Triage', Customised LMS Support, Monitoring SLA's, Customer Service Enquiries, Colleague Induction Programmes, Apprenticeships/Qualifications, Trainer Scheduling, Booking Training & arrangingad hoc training for services, compliance reporting (ES), Outstanding Leaders Programme, Senior Care Worker to RM, TOT and NPQ's We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenges and will maintain strong working relationships to deliver results and drive change. **About the Group** Outcomes First Group exists to make sure vulnerable young people get the opportunities they need, whether that involves providing them with specialist education and residential care or finding them dedicated foster families in which they can thrive.
